 Sedona Mondiale members will have an exclusive opportunity to sign up until November 13, then it will be opened up to all Sedona Chaine members.

Attire is resort casual with ribbons.  Come and join us to welcome the new vintage for what will be a joyous occasion.

 Beaujolais Nouveau is the only wine that is released and consumed in the same year as the vintage.  Coming from the Beaujolais Region in France this 100% Gamay red wine has celebrated the current year's vintage since at least the early 1800's.  The release has turned into a worldwide celebration.  After a few years’ hiatus due to lack of importation, we will be celebrating Nouveau Day here in Sedona this year with a Nouveau and Cru Beaujolais tasting at the Art of Wine in the Hyatt Pinon Point Center.

The annual Sedona Chaine des Rotisseurs Induction is the only black-tie affair we typically have during the year. It is a time for everyone to become festive, welcome our new inductees to the Chaine and honor those who have had an impact on the Sedona Chaine this past year. The “New Beginnings” theme is somewhat a reflection of my leaving for Houston and the induction of a new Bailli, Dean Pefanis, and his Board. We want to give Dean a special kick-off for the new Sedona Chaine team. Dean will be serving until the end of my unexpired term in July, 2026. This special dinner is designed around a classic formal menu from the 1920’s. We invite you to dress in a period theme, or simply classic formal wear. 

With 2024 coming to an end, 2025 opens our door into the future. There is excitement in the air around our nation, around our town and within our Bailliage. Change will bring new ideas and new visions. Similarly to France in post WWI in the 1920’s, we expect a wave of prosperity and excitement. The 1920’s were a great period worldwide when excitement prevailed and prosperity reigned. Hopefully, the 2020’s will be an even greater period of history. 

Seven Canyons Executive Chef Beau Widener has created a fantastic menu for the induction (attached) and that has been paired by Seven Canyons and our own Chaine wine experts for what will be another memorable dining and pairing experience for our members and inductees. Many of you remember the great meal and pairings from the 2023 induction, and we are trying to top that. We are using a combination of wines from the Sedona Chaine cellars and wines recommended by Seven Canyons paired with a special new menu created for us by Chef Beau. And, all attendees will get pin for their ribbon commemorating the induction.

While there is no specific limit on the number of attendees for this event, we do need to get numbers set for ordering, and so the deadline for registrations is Friday, December 6.
